Excellent location!
easy walk friendly staff many options
The location was superb. It was near the seafront, with an easy walk to shops and restaurants. I found several tram stops and the metro close by. The staff booked a Fado for us on short notice. Dinner and entertainment was fabulous. The breakfast had many options.
Hotel authorized vehicles are the only ones permitted to park in front. Our Uber driver had to drop us several blocks away. This was difficult with luggage.

small rack bathroom cleaning
The room felt cramped. There was NO closet. Only a small rack existed, holding maybe five hangers. The bathroom needed better cleaning. (It was a real letdown.)

prime location delicious breakfast clean room espresso machine
The hotel is centrally located. the metro station is a short walk. breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious. the room was clean and well maintained. i found a complimentary espresso machine inside my room. i used the slippers and bathrobe provided. They were a nice touch.
soundproofing could be improved. i could hear some noise from adjacent rooms at times.

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. they provided useful advice about the area. the breakfast service was efficient. Staff quickly cleared tables. housekeeping ensured the room was super clean each day.

cute staff outside seating good security
The reception staff was very cute. I found outside seating, chairs, and ashtrays perfect for morning coffee. Bartenders was amazing. The security seemed pretty good here.
I thought minor things in the room comfort was shy of excellent. It was a bit annoying, I must say.

I really enjoyed the hotel's proximity to key attractions. Everything was within easy walking distance. The staff was helpful, providing useful tips (i loved the secret spots they recommended!). i found the breakfast selection very satisfying with a good variety of fresh options. The room was well-kept and very clean.
The elevator service was occasionally slow, especially during peak hours. This caused minor delays getting to and from my room.
